This place suits me perfectly! They offer a heated swimming pool, private beach, and excellent service. I still remember how the staff helped me return my sim cards left in the room. I’ll be back for Christmas!

A family adventure that surprised us

Ms. Dianne was fantastic! The shuttle to the beach was convenient, making our access to fun easy and stress-free.

However, the check-in process took far too long, leaving us frustrated after a day of travel. Additionally, the noise from nearby nightlife disrupted our peaceful nights.

During my visit, I found the location to be quite close to downtown. I appreciated that it was easy to reach stores and restaurants nearby. As a traveler who loves structure, I also noticed the staff provided a daily program to help everyone navigate the activities available.

I noticed the nightlife could be a bit loud at times, especially on weekends. Also, some areas felt a bit rundown and could use maintenance.

The food was a real highlight—those Eastern desserts were to die for! Plus, the staff were genuinely friendly, making you feel right at home. And let’s not forget the lovely location near El Gouna Downtown, just a hop away from local eats.

The reception team was often busy, which made check-in a bit of a drag. Also, be warned about the ants if you leave food out—watch out for those little guys!

I had a wonderful time during my stay, enjoying the comfortable environment and the incredibly helpful staff. Being just a short stroll away from downtown and various dining options really made it easy to explore the vibrant atmosphere of El Gouna.

The Grand Room was pretty comfortable, and the beds were great. I liked that it was clean, and the daily cleaning service was on point. There was a little issue with the sink, but they fixed it super quick. Just wish the WiFi signal was stronger in the room and that it needed a bit of updating in some spots.

We had an awesome 4-night family trip! The staff were super friendly, especially at the snack bar where we found good eats. The place has tons of pools, and the beach was really nice too. But the service at the pool was kinda lacking, had to call room service for food when we're supposed to chill by the water.

Dining at the Chez Pascal restaurant was a highlight, especially the exquisite miso soup. However, the lack of proper room cleaning was frustrating, as requests were often ignored, and essential amenities like the phone and shower were not functioning. This inconsistency diminished the overall experience significantly.
